Terms and Conditions

Airport Pick-Ups

For all airport pick-ups, a complimentary waiting time of up to 45 minutes is included from the time the flight lands. Any waiting time exceeding 45 minutes will be charged at £2.50 per 10 minutes thereafter. Airport car parking lcharges will be applied in accordance with the standard airport tariff and will be added to the fare.

Local Pick-Ups (Residential or Business Addresses):

For local journeys, a waiting time of up to 10 minutes from the scheduled booking time is permitted. Any additional waiting time will be charged at £2.50 per 10 minutes thereafter.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations not notified at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will incur a charge of 100% of the booking fare.

For pick-ups from any UK address, the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time. If the passenger cannot be contacted via the provided phone number or text message within this period, the driver will be released, and the full fare will remain payable.

Booking Confirmation

No reservation will be considered confirmed until it has been acknowledged by phone, email, or text message and a booking reference number has been issued to the passenger.

Seasonal Surcharge

A surcharge of up to 50% may apply to journeys booked on the following dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st December, as well as 1st and 2nd January.

Vehicle Policy

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, as well as eating and drinking, is prohibited in the vehicle.

Journey Planning

Passengers are advised to allow sufficient travel time and consider possible delays when making their bookings.

Private Bookings:

Passengers must not arrange private journeys directly with drivers. The company accepts no responsibility for bookings made outside its official booking channels.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations for bookings made using credit or debit cards must be notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • If a passenger misses their flight and informs us in advance via phone, email, text message, or WhatsApp, and obtains a cancellation reference number.

All approved cancellations are subject to a minimum administration fee of £5.00.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect booking details provided by the passenger, including wrong date, time, flight number, or any misleading information.
  • The passenger leaves the airport or agreed pick-up location without notifying the company.
